Enjoying the View — while it lasts

A couple of weeks ago my post at Vision and Verb (HERE) mentioned how sad I was this old farm property would soon be home for a shiny new Target.  During our most recent snow I walked back again to the property to explore more fully.  I intend to “enjoy the view” as fully as I can while it lasts — both the farm and the snow!

I really enjoy the gnarly branches in the first shot Sue. 1/3 really works here too!

It’ll be such a shame to see such ancient beauty destroyed. Love your winter scenes and images. So unusual for where you are!!!

Love the contrast between the red shed and all that white! Sorry to hear that land is being gobbled up by bigger buildings though. Sigh!

  4. I love the color dot against the white of the beautiful snow landscape. If the barns will be gone one day, you still will have the “approve” of another good old time.

    Great shots, as usual, Sue!

I love this…it appears surreal and in miniature. Wonderful!

    🙂 double 🙂
