Have a “Beauty-Full” Day

It’s raining outside and keeping us from taking the day trip to Southern Illinois we had originally planned.   In the mean time, I’m enjoying this “Iris Portrait;” thinking it brings a little color and beauty to this otherwise drab and dreary day. You know, even when it’s not pretty outside we can always find beauty around us; in art, music, friends, family, memories, dreams, …the list is endless!

May you have a “beauty-full” day!

    Sue,

You know one of the things I really like about you is that you are a glass half full kind of person. I also like how you are getting right into those flowers faces.

  4. it’s so lovely and cheerful! I was so happy about our rain yesterday…but I can see how you wouldn’t want it to get in the way of your trip!

I’m glad you liked my post on the brewery!!!

wow, now the composition of that shot is fantastic. Just how the petal is bent our towards the viewer with that hint of texture.
